These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.

If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction with different laws, you are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent applicable.
